 Respironics has finally found a winner here, that will eventually outsell all of their other masks.   CPAP/Bipap users with higher pressure really need non-leaking masks.   This one did very well.   The cushion, rides much lower on the nose than other masks.  That felt different at first, but was never an issue during sleep.   The head pads are gel, and comfortable.  The headgear fits better than most other masks.
